ABOUT ME

A Licensed Professional Who Gets It

I graduated from Hobart & William Smith Colleges in 2014 with my BA in Psychology and went on to grad school at Fairfield University, earning my master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy in 2017. I just recently moved back to CT from Santa Monica, CA. I entered this field not only because of my genuine desire to help others, but also my own challenges that I've overcome. I am an empath and can be a source of hope and support for you no matter what you're facing.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked at residential (RTC), PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program), and outpatient level of care. I’ve worked with teens, couples, families, young adults, clients of all ages, who have struggled with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, self-harm, codependency, suicidality, substance abuse, and interpersonal conflict/relationship issues. I’ve worked with clients in the LGBTQIA+ population and consider myself an ally. I currently work full-time at Vita Health, a telehealth therapy company, and have my private practice on the side.

Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from an objective third party can help you get unstuck from unhelpful patterns and achieve the change you desire. My hope for all of my clients is that they feel empowered and capable of taking on the challenges that life throws your way.
